Order Processing

Typical order processing time may range anywhere between 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise stated. NOTE! Orders after a large shop update may take up to 2 weeks to process!

We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, but during busy times such as product launches & the holidays, orders will take more time to get through. In these cases, processing times may take up to 3 weeks.

**PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, both domestic and international delivery times are no longer guaranteed!**

United States 4 - 7 business days after shipment
Canada & Mexico 2 - 4 weeks after shipment
International / Overseas 2 - 9 weeks after shipment

 

 

Order Tracking

All orders come with a USPS tracking number. You will automatically receive a tracking number through e-mail once your shipping label has been printed.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages!

International Orders

Please note that tracking numbers on international orders may be delayed or stop updating entirely once they cross the border.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The store is not responsible for any delays due to customs and will not be able to refund shipping/handling fees if package is denied due to customs fees.

 

Refunds

Unfortunately, all sales are FINAL. Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted at this time due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email royalelegantjewels@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
