**For INTERNATIONAL customers, you will need to pay customs duty (or import tax).

What size should I get?

My crewnecks and tee's are mostly unisex and true to size! But I always recommend sizing up one for a baggier/cozier feel if that's what you prefer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have worldwide shipping! But please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will ship within 3-7 business days (but most of the time will be sooner!). But, if you place an order during a major launch/restock, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive either an email confirmation or text confirmation depending on what you selected at checkout, containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the same method you had received your order confirmation from.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Unfortunately, all sales are FINAL. Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted at this time due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email royalelegantjewels@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order.

Order says delivered but I don't see it?

Sometimes orders show up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact your carrier with the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email if you have any questions regarding a delayed/lost order.
